"Worlds best Tribute to The Seegers Sessions of Bruce Springsteen"

- Margaret Killdare (IRL)-

Anchor 1
This season in clubs, bars and festivals near you: JP & the Seeger Session Band!

They've picked up the banjo where Bruce Springsteen left off his Pete Seeger inspired Seeger Sessions. So jump aboard the freight train and join them on a musical journey throughout the United States of America. They'll take you from New Orleans to Chicago, from New York to San Francisco. Rock, Gospel, Jazz, Folk, Klezmer, Country, you'll hear it all!

As a booming 15 piece band, the JP & Seeger Session Band fills every stage to the fullest and leaves absolutely nobody sitting in their seat. Jan Piet de Klerk (JP) and his crew will captivate you with their show full of extremes, from powerful ballads to spectacular Mardi Gras parades. Their showstopping mix of Pete Seeger and Bruce Springsteen inspired hits, classics from the American folk tradition as performed by the band (the energetic Seeger Horns, the gorgeous Seeger Sisters and a whole bunch of virtuoso instrumentalists) guarantees a night to remember.

The Seeger Session Band have a hat-trick of successful Dutch theatre tours to their name: The Crisis Cure Tour I and II, the Freedom Express Tour, as well as several festivals in Denmark and Norway. Now, come January 2018, the 15 strong Seeger Session Band will fly out to storm the Irish stages, performing a total of three shows at Temple Bar Tradfest in Dublin.
